Building vocabulary around conflict resolution

The older students at the Lavelle School  have been focusing on developing skills

and vocabulary towards conflict resolution these past few weeks. Liah,

ABS drama therapist has been guiding them through role playing activities

including scenarios relating to peer pressure and difficult work situations.

The younger students are now working on building conversation skills from

the importance of listening to  developing vocabulary to feel more comfortable

sharing information about themselves and asking questions. Liah guided them

through a variety of musical and movement exercises.
