an event, focus group, tour, celebration or training that fits the needs

and evaluation of your pilot with your advisory board.

telephone conference crash course, share experiences, and ask questions.
In the following year:
- Review feedback from your program participants and staff.
- Revise your pilot program.
- Continue community outreach and create lasting partnerships with community
institutions that serve blind people.
- Plan an Open House to showcase your program and reach out to the larger
community.
